Astral Travel and Astral Projection is an offshoot of lucid dreaming. In a deep meditation state, the consciouness can be transferred into an "Astral form or body" called a vessle. This form is outside the realm of what is considered by most people to be "real". In theroy, this form can travel outside the confinds of the physical world.
Though this type of "travel" may seem like science fiction, there are ways to prove its' exsistnence. Using the methods that we will provide, you can travel to a friend in your astral form and identify information that you would not otherwise have access to.
